
Smoothie Bowls

I've found a new favorite breakfast! These bowls are quick to assemble, jam-packed with nutrients, and absolutely delicious. Pro-parenting tip : tell your kids it's like getting to eat ice cream for breakfast! Works like a charm.
Ingredients can easily be switched up, omitted, or added to your preference. Makes 2 smoothie bowls.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1 scoop collagen peptides
1/4 - 1/2 cup each frozen blueberries, strawberries, and mangoes
Sliced banana
Shredded coconut
Raw pumpkin seeds
Fresh blueberries
Raw almonds
Chia seeds
Instructions
1. Combine top 4 ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl.
2. Arrange the rest of the ingredients on top of bowl. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
