Created to Thrive
Hello friends! It's been a while. I have been so focused on getting my book published that I haven't had any time to blog, Things are finally slowing down (or at least shifting gears) and I am so excited to share with you this project that has been 18 months in the making.
A year and a half ago, I began searching for the next Bible study I would facilitate as I led a small group of friends through studies for women inside my home. I had one in mind... I looked everywhere for it... and couldn't find it.
I was specifically searching for a study that spoke to each verse God wrote for women. I was sure this study must be out there somewhere, but I looked to no avail. This was when I first felt God whisper to my heart, "You will write this study".
Of course, I thought I had heard wrong. Me, write a book? When? How? What a daunting task that I felt completely unqualified for. Yet, the idea persisted. I fasted. I prayed. I sought God's will... and guess what? He was asking me to write this book.
It's amazing what we can accomplish when we partner with God and invite the Holy Spirit to have His way in our lives. Never would I have been able to pull this off in my own strength or wisdom. It has been so amazing to experience God working through me to write this book. Inspiring me. Guiding me. Bringing applicable Scriptures to mind and giving me the wisdom to explain them. Lining up my circumstances perfectly with each chapter I wrote.
Dear Sister, you need this book. This book contains everything God's Word has to say specifically to you, as a woman. It will show you the way to a life that overflows with peace, passion, and purpose. A life of sweet relationship and obedience that will result in victory for you and honor for the Father. A life that bursts with Kingdom Purpose.
No matter where you are in your journey with God, this book will help you to deepen your relationship with Him and grow in your knowledge of His word. It will be a launching point for your faith to grow, and to impact everyone around you in a powerful way.
God has given us everything we need, through Scripture, to survive and thrive in this world. He didn't create us to then abandon us to figure it all out for ourselves. He wants to guide us into becoming everything He created us to be. Won't you join me to discover exactly how to do that?
