Hello Friend! I am so excited that you're here! A little about me and what you can find on my page:
I'm a mama of two boys, from the Chicago suburbs and currently residing in Austin Texas. I really enjoy living here, mostly because of the great food, beautiful lakes, and plethora of farmer's markets. (Did I mention the great food?) Seriously though, if you're looking for a wide variety of healthy and delicious eats, Austin is the place.
I've been passionate about health and wellness for years and I absolutely love helping people to get healthy mentally, physically, and spiritually. I've designed several programs with my own unique method for losing weight, detoxing, resetting hormones, and more. I offer these programs along with one-on-one coaching that incorporates effective strategies for habit change, as well as strategic goal-setting.
I'm also a huge fan of miracles and of spreading God's goodness wherever I go, so I've included a God's Goodness page on this site so you can follow along and share in the joy. We could all use a little more joy in our lives, am I right?
